个人简历

男,1964 年出生。北京大学教授、博士生导师、北京大学药学院化学生物学系主任,中国药学会药物化学专业委员会委员,北京药学会理事、药物化学专业委员会副主委,中国生物工程学会糖生物工程专业委员会委员。长期致力于糖化学、糖化学生物学及创新药物研究,在寡糖合成方法学及快速组装策略、抗转移寡糖、肿瘤相关糖抗原、抗肿瘤糖杂环化合物、抗炎活性寡糖的药物化学及化学生物学研究领域取得重要成果,发现多个在抗肿瘤、抗炎及抗糖尿病等具有良好活性并极具成药性小分子,完成多个活性天然糖苷的工艺并实现了产业化。承担/完成基金课题四十项余项;已发表学术论文150 余篇,其中百余篇为SCI 收录;申报中国专利25 项,获专利授权15 项。已指导60 余名博士、硕士研究生取得学位。
